TL;DR

Drain jetting uses water at up to 4,000 PSI to cut through and flush out blockages that rods can't clear. We use hot-water jetting for grease and fat, and cold-water jetting for general debris, scale, and root fragments — the right choice depends on what's blocking your drain. No call-out fee; request a fast, fixed-price quote online.

How we work

1. Diagnose

We assess symptoms and isolate the blockage or damage point — using CCTV cameras where needed for accurate diagnosis.

2. Quote and fix

We explain the issue clearly, give a fixed price, and only proceed with your agreement. No surprise invoices.

3. Advise and prevent

We explain the root cause and give practical tips to prevent the issue recurring — saving you money long-term.

Root cutting: clearing tree root intrusion without a new pipe

Tree roots find their way into drains through tiny cracks and joints, then expand to form a dense mass that blocks flow completely. Rather than excavating, we use an electromechanical root-cutting head on the end of our jetting hose to shred the root mass from inside the pipe, then flush the fragments through to the sewer connection with high-pressure water. It's a same-visit fix for most root intrusion, though a follow-up CCTV survey is worth arranging if roots keep returning — we can also advise on root inhibitor treatment to slow regrowth.
